Location is close to the see.Free Parking. restaurants and bars nearby. To the city center it is a 20min walk by the sea. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had an issue in the bathroom and they came immediately and solved it. Also a calm location.

Great location!! 2 minute walk from Potami Beach, which in our opinion was the nicest one. 20 minute walk to city centre, but we thought that the area around the hotel and at Potami was the nicest. Lots of good restaurants very near the hotel. Clean rooms and very nice with the private parking spot behind the hotel.

I had such a great experience! Everything exceeded my expectations—from the quality to the customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliability. I’ll definitely be coming back! The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. 🥰

“Excellent stay”

Very friendly & engaged welcome (typical of Albania) without bothering you unnecessarily. The accomodation is simple but good value compared to others in the area & exceptionally clean. Friendly neighbours & plenty of parking space. Good location for everything, easily walkable for most. Dog friendly too if that's required.

🌞 What I liked about The Sunny Side We stayed 7 nights at The Sunny Side in Potam, Himarë, and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was small but cozy enough for a couple. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which is a must in the summer heat, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout our stay. A big plus was the cleaning lady, she was incredibly kind and did a great job. Also, the man who manages the place was very friendly and always available to help. For the price of €450 for 7 nights, the hospitality made a positive impression.
