“We had a great relaxing beach holiday and the hotel looked like what has been advertised.”

The location was superb, although it was 10 mins drive from Himare city centre, it was right in front of Livadi beach, very peaceful for our beach holiday. The hotel allowed us to check in early. Super clean rooms and facilities, and the renovation /furniture looks new. Good lighting in the hotel room. The bed and shower/toilet were comfortable. Staff was polite and helped us with any questions/requests we had during our stay. The beach man was helpful with setting up the umbrella and sunbed. Beach area was well-maintained and free from rubbish.

From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. The hospitality from your valet, Kevin, was exceptional; he was always ready to help with our car and luggage. Adela at the reception was very kind, professional, and prepared to answer all of our questions. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel looked exactly like the photos, the private beach was peaceful and relaxing, and the sushi was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return

The facilities are very well designed, the food is if the highest standard, the staff seem to enjoy working for the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and the setting is genuinely high-end. The service and day-to-day operation, however, do not match the standard the property suggests. A few examples from our stay: Breakfast advertised from 7:00 AM, actually set up closer to 7:45 AM. Coffee machine broken on two consecutive days; coffee from the bar only after repeated requests and a 30-minute wait. Caffeine-free hot drinks at breakfast only available for an extra charge — unusual at this category. Jams served in small jars, some of which had clearly already been opened and partly consumed by previous guests and been put back on the buffet. A basic hygiene miss. Laundry service late and, when finally delivered, still damp and packed in a plastic bag. The “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door was ignored. Cleaning staff were friendly and attentive. The rest of the team seemed disengaged — the same housekeeping people are still sitting at reception in the evening. The house feels clearly understaffed. Nice hardware, weak operation. At this price point and positioning, the service really should be better.

“Great beach but manage your expectations for service”

Clean, modern hotel with large spacious rooms and bathroom. We had beautiful views and loved the Jacuzzi on the patio. Also, it was great to have a private area on the beach with a beach bar.

The hotel is beautiful with nice and design furniture the staff is very friendly (except one person at the restaurant !) the rooms are well equipped and the hotel has direct access to the beach and for those who don’t like the sea .. a very nice pool

Very modern hotel, excellent facilities with a great pool area, spa , restaurants. We had a standard double room which was very big and clean. The hotel also has a section of beach where the loungers are all free for guests. Great selection of food for breakfast.

The hotel itself, location, beach and pool were all astonishing! The hotel is situated in a lovely place like Himarë just a few steps away from the beach, it even had grass and greenery in front of the beach which is very uncharacteristic for hotels in Albania. Beach was next level, clean, good distance between umbrellas and never overcrowded which is definitely different from typical albanian hotels. Pool was amazing aswell with plenty of sunbeds, cabbanas and umbrellas. I was there with a baby and you can stroll anywhere with the baby stroller without any problems, i dont know if it is mentioned anywhere but this is the most family suited hotel i have ever seen! Last but not least the housekeeping staff was also one of the best, the ladies were so polite and so proffessional, no matter how we would leave the room, when we came back it was impeccable clean!In short the hotel met our expectations and we definitely had a memorable stay!
