I can only recommend this place! - great location. 15/20 min walk from old city and himare castle which are a must seen at sun set - great breakfast on the terrasse with a great view on sea and mountains - super confortable bad - good restaurant right next to it - parking in front of hotel - and most importantly run by the sweetest family!

Incredible views and amazing food cooked right in front of you in this homely guest-house. The baked fish was the best fish I’ve ever eaten! Thank you to the exceptional hosts for a wonderful stay in this beautiful part of the world.

“Nice hotel with great staff and view”
The view from the hotel terrace and the kindness of the hotel staff definitely stand out at this hotel close to Himarë. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel a lot and had a renovated room with well-functioning air conditioning and a terrace to the mountain side. Also, the fridge was nice, especially since we got treated some fresh watermelon from the hotel. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of options, we also took dinner one night and enjoyed our fishes. There are parking spots right in front of the hotel and there is even another very popular restaurant next door.

⸻ This place is a true paradise in the mountains! We didn’t expect it to be this beautiful — stunning views, warm atmosphere, and such a heartfelt, welcoming experience. The family who owns the hotel is absolutely wonderful: open, kind, and always ready to help. Everything feels so cozy and home-like. The restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and a lovely ambiance. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone — it’s a must-visit!

“Dream place in Himare”
Beyond any expectations! The Team is amazing, dream Team, always attentive and kind! Genuine people! The place is beautiful, with an amazing view to the sea, comfortable room. The breakfast was the best we had for a long time, freshly baked and delicious (we saw the owner preparing the sweets the night before). We also had dinner and we loved the tradicional food and the atmosphere of dinning in their terrace! Wish you all the best in your future sweet Casey, you are already an outstanding professional!

Amazing view, great breakfast, nice friendly staff. Accommodating. Need a car to get there and get around. Has a very nice restaurant just by the side of it. Small mishap with the choice of beds, but this was quickly corrected. Good value for money!

Perfect stay! Hosts were welcoming and friendly, room was clean with all the amenities you need. Also the view of the sea - amazing! And the cherry on top was the dinner at their restaurant - all the food was so delicious, we really appreciate that a small family business takes some much care to all the details - it was perfect! ❤️ Breakfast was also really good 🤞

Where to start… The room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast absolutely outstanding. Everyone we met was genuinely kind and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I would return without hesitation.

“A holiday to remember”
This was one of our best holiday stays ever. Marie, Mondi and the crew went at extra lengths to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and I couldn't thank them enough for it. The property is located in a beautiful landscape over Livadhi beach, the rooms are better than in pictures, quiet and very clean. Here, everything works like it should (no issues with water pressure or hot water which is common in Albania). Breakfast is buffet style with few items rotating through the days, all the ingredients are fresh and home made. We also dined there and it is a magical setting to watch the sunset while enjoying their delicious meals. It goes without saying, that they are very generous and as a hospitable Albanian family they offer a lot of stuff on the house. I am pretty sure we will be back soon.
