I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The staff were very friendly and helped us real quick since we booked it last minute. The breakfast was great. The pool was clean, it was serene, the rooms were very clean and the compound very neat. :)

The tools are really nice and comfy. Swimming pool are a is cool. I recommend to take the breakfast option. Also the sunrise and sunset views are awesome. Really close to Himare.

We had a wonderful stay at Palermiti Luxury House. The room was comfortable and pleasant, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff were absolutely lovely. The homemade food was excellent and of high quality. We warmly recommend this place!

- Breakfast (was no buffet but that was no problem for us) fresh made, fresh orange juice and even water at breakfast which i really appreciated because i dont like tea or coffee - location was outside of Himarë at a calm place - own swimming pool - not so many rooms = not so many people - the cat ♡ - the view from the poolside

Driving from the south there are no signs showing the hotel. We drove past it several kilometers before doubling back to easily recognise it coming from the north.

Friendly welcoming staff and family. I highly recommend it, especially when you want to see more then just one town and beach it's located direct at the mainroad that but you don't hear anything from it. Also when you b don't want to go anywhere and just chill at the pool the make you lunch and diner.

Perfect location, very close to the beach. The host and the staff are very professional, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need for a short or long stay, very clean and well kept. We had a great time and hope to come back because it’s worth it!

“Bad experience”

That was by far our worst experience in our Albanian trip. - Personal not nice at all, you arrive at the hotel and he does not explain you anything (no recommendations, nor any explanation about the breakfast which would has been useful as it’s not a buffet one and my husband is allergic to egg and everything contains eggs or it’s next to something with egg, he charged us 2€ for ordering an extra coffee !!! He did not even mentioned that when ordering it - he didn’t discount the breakfast that my husband didn’t eat though) - Every time you ask for something seams that you are pissing him off. - The bathroom smells horrible - The hotel is located in front of the road and you hear the cars during the night. - They change you the towels but don’t clean anything, not even make your bed (ironic for a hotel who has the word “luxury” including on the name) - The hotel is located far from the city so you need a car (we already knew that) There are many more options in Himare for same or lower price - avoid this one I give 2 stars because you get to see Porto Palermo from the pool

Great breakfast with a lot of variety, The property has a great view of the mountains and the surrounding sea. They also have a private beach, which is a 30 minute walk through the mountains, which is a hard climb in the heat. The private beach is not accessible by car, the closest beach nearby accesible by car is Llamani Beach where they ask 20€ for 2 beds
