The view was fantastic and location in the town was great. The place was spacious and well furnished. Communication was friendly and efficient too.

The apartment was lovely. Spacious. Good view from the balcony. Parking was available. AC. English speaking contact by message only, the owners who live there do not speak english, but were there to help and give the key. Himare is a lovely place.

The location was up.the hill a bit from town but that was actually a positive as we had a great view and felt private despite being less than 15minutes walk to restaurants and the beach

Nice clean appartment

Communication in English was difficult but Very, very nice people. We even could use the washing machine. We had a very nice terras to sit and enjoy the environment.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable with amazing views over Himare to the sea and the Island of Cofu from the balconies. The hosts are very friendly and live on-site and had provided some tea, coffee and water for our arrival. The use of the washing machine was particularly helpful.

The owners were very welcoming.

Spacious, clean and great view.

We had a wonderful week staying in Himara at Janakis Apartments with two children 11 and 15. The view from the balconies are incredible and the flat is spacious, comfortable and clean with everything we needed for our stay, comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, and again: those priceless views! Having access to a washing machine was also very handy after a week's travelling. We travelled by public transport but though the last part of road is steep, it is only a 10 minute walk from the centre and beach. In fact, the walks back to the flat after an evening meal by the sea became a highlight, with the stars out and fireflies flashing. It is a really peaceful setting compared to nearer the beach. Eleni and Janis who owns the apartment are very friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated their kindness throughout our stay.

A lovely apartment away from the noise of Himare. Lovely owners and beautiful views.

Great apartment with balcony. Comfortable beds. Helpful and kind hosts. Aircon in the bedrooms but not the living area. Easy walk down into Himara.

The owners and their hospitality, fresh figs from the garden, the tasty orange marmalade, the peaceful location, the view from the balcony.

Even though breakfast was not included, our hostess made us every morning something special to eat (some home-made pastries, cookies etc), that was very nice surprise, we felt welcomed. I also liked that the coffee and tea was available in the apartment.
