Less than the bare minimum. Very poor service. No shower screen or curtain—not even a bath mat; nothing for the floor; upon request: towels—yet it was so slippery that I fell (8 months pregnant)—Service: didn't even ask if I was okay or if there was anything he could do; just "do you want me to give you a mop?" Absolutely no shelf space, an old wardrobe with no shelves, and 3 hangers for 2 people. Someone else's hair on the bed linen.

Best room we have had in Albania. Stunning view of the ocean & mountains from the balcony. Staff were really friends and welcoming, always said hello and happy to have a chat. Brekkie was what we came to expect of Albania and was always being topped up (Choco pies were a big hit for us). Didn’t use the pool but seemed clean and a decent size (wish we did use it!) Bonus: cute family of cat & kitties that we got to see every time we went to our room, would spend way too much of our time just watching them, super cute

The rooms are very new and comfortable, and the view is spectacular!

The Staff was incredibly kind. When we had to leave early in the morning the last day to do a hike in the Mountains. The Staff member at the reception was incredibly kind and woke up early to make us some breakfast we could take with us:)

We had an amazing time at Hotel Panorama. The customer service is truly 10/10, and a huge shout-out to Mr. Alexander (Alex)—he was so friendly and incredibly helpful with everything! The breakfast was top quality, and we loved the thoughtful touch of candies at the reception. Our room was perfect, offering both stunning sea views and beautiful mountain vistas. Clean, welcoming, and highly recommended!

Every thing on this property was clean ,upmarket and the host was very nice .lt was raining and he even borrowed us his umbrella when we were going out for dinner .The breakfast was very good with the view of the beach to top it up .We loved it

“Great quiet beautiful view hotel”

I liked the location as it was quiet and secluded from the noise of the city. The bed was good and the room had a beautiful view .. Also, the family running the hotel did their best to help me find a flat pillow as I have cervical issues..

The rooms were immaculate and the balcony was a great place to watch the sunset in the evenings. The hotel is an easy walk from Himare beaches and bars, slightly up hill but worth it for a quieter location with loads of parking and a pool to cool off in.

perfect room accommodation for 3 people! the view from the balcony of the mountain and the sea, ideal😍! the staff and the service were great! I really liked my stay here, I will come back to this location again.
