The facilities were fantastic, only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

The accommodation was great from the start as Timo assisted us with everything. First House was amazing everything as described was high specification and attention to detail. Helen was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble and her freshly baked care every day was a delight. The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes to the beach and lovely restaurants. “Beautiful room and wonderful place!”

We had a lovely stay at First House. Timo and his wife were very helpful with parking and finding the property and looked after us well. The room felt very new and tastefully designed and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and there was freshly made cake every morning which was delicious, as well as tea and coffee and kitchen facilites. The steps down to the beach and town are only a few mins. It’s a perfect location for exploring Himare.

We loved first house! The room was super clean and modern, big king bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The communal kitchen area was also well kept and supplied with cakes and coffee in the morning, as well as things like honey and oats to prepare your breakfast. The free washing machine was also amazing. The hosts were so lovely, even when we had to change our dates last minute they were so accomodating. The parking was also excellent, they had a free private parking lot a few minutes walk away. This was helpful as it’s very difficult to park in Himare. The location of the hotel was also very central, a short walk down some steps to the beach

“Beautiful place and over all great experience”

We stayed for one week in the room with the big balkony and it was amazing! The view is marvellous and we really enjoyed our stay. Parking was no problem and there is a great kitchen with everything you might possibly need and also a washing mashine, which you can use. In the morning there is always fresh coffee and some muffins. The ownsers are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful views from the balcony and well equipped communal kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the beach was a short but steep stroll away. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and check in and out was a breeze with assistance parking our rental car.

“Amazing hosts in Himare”

Great location in Himare and super friendly staff. Rooms are well equipped and we had a nice view of the sunset over the bay too. We could even leave our car in the parking after checkout, which was very helpful for us - thanks!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the owners and staff of the villa. They met us, told us how to get there, provided us with a free parking space closed, and in Himar it is hard to get there. The room fully justifies its cost. Great view and huge balcony overlooking the sea, which is only a two minute walk away. I would like to say a special thank you for such a varied and hearty breakfast and such a good attitude to guests

We had an amazing stay at First House in Himare! The hotel is cozy, exceptionally clean, and perfectly located – just a few stairs away from the main street, which is a big plus for the area. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist whenever we needed something, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was how accommodating they were with breakfast. If you have any dietary restrictions, don't hesitate to mention it to the lovely lady working there. She was more than happy to adjust the meal for us! Parking in Himare can be a challenge, but thankfully, there’s a parking area just a few stairs up from the hotel – super convenient and such a relief. While they kindly helped us with our luggage, I would suggest avoiding heavy suitcases like we brought, as navigating the stairs with them could be tricky. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend First House. We would happily stay here again if we return to Himare one day!

Location, free parking which is not directly in front of the building but it's one minute walking so nothing terrible, amazing view, very nice room, close to the beach. In the room, you had the beach umbrella and beach towels ready to use

“Amazing”

Hosts were super friendly and helpful what is the main thing you look for when traveling. Room was AMAZING, spacious and clean with a big terrace with gorgeous sea view. We had delicious breakfast on the terrace which is a very nice gesture. They also gave us beach towels and beach umbrella, which was very practical. The area is very easy to go around and it has everything within reach. Most definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed the warm welcome of the hosts as well as the cleanliness and the wonderful view.
