Staying here was amazing, the communication with Xenia was great and we found the location quite easily, there's free parking on the street which was ideal. The location is very close to the main beach in Himare with most of the local shops and restaurants only being a few minutes away to walk, and below the building there are several grocery stores if you choose to cook during your stay. Even though the building is a bit old the apartment itself was very clean, modern and looked exactly like the pictures. We had a great view from the balcony which was a treat to wake up to each day. There were cooking utensils and more in the kitchen, lots of towels, beach umbrella and you can even use the washer and dryer if you need during your stay. The bed itself was one of the comfiest beds I've slept in a long time! The water pressure in the shower was perfect and we had everything we needed during the stay. Xenia also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants ( Fig & Olive was delicious) and activities to do which was very helpful. Check in and out was super smooth and we had zero problems. Everyone in the neighbourhood was very friendly and we felt safe. My partner and I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you so much :)

“Best cozy and superb view apartments in Himarë”

Absolutely stunning and cozy apartment in a great location with both sea and mountain views. Having a fully stocked kitchen with the possibility to prepare breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace is just amazing. I am a pedant, but even for me the cleanliness of the apartment and amenities were next level - all washing machine supplies, towels and even water in the fridge - showed a great level of care from the hosts. Danai - we really loved staying at your place, and would LOVE to come again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️

Our stay at Central Sunset View in Himare was absolutely perfect! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – with a wonderful sunset view and sea view, which made it truly special. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed: fresh towels, a coffee machine with capsules, a washing machine with detergent and softener, toiletries. The host even brought us 5 liters of water upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. Everything was organized in a very professional and polite way, and during our 7-day stay the hosts were always available if we needed anything. We would gladly come back again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Himare. 🌅

The apartment was big, clean and comfortable, and very close to the beach. It has everything you would need for a longer stay. As others have said, it doesn’t look great from the outside, but once inside the apartment is perfect. Xenia was very helpful checking us in, she provided a list of really good recommendations for the area (we tried lots and loved them all), and she helped book us a boat trip. I would definitely recommend staying here

“Amazing!!”

Property was in extremely close proximity to the centre of Himare and the facilities were exactly as shown in the photos. Coffee pods, extra towels and beach towels, washing powder, bathroom essentials, iron and everything you need were provided! Xenia the host was amazing at showing us the property, organising boat tours, recommending restaurants and local beach’s. Apartment had a nice sea view and was by far our best accomodation in Albania!

“Like a home away from home”

This apartment is incredibly well equipped. Anything you can think of as a backpacker, they have it, including an umbrella for the beach, proper coffee machine and toiletries. The host and her daughter were helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The apartment was around a 5 min walk from bus stop, which was great in the heat of the day. It was also very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets

The hosts met us for check in and were very friendly and able to show us around the apartment, The property was very well equipped, with top quality appliances (washing machine, dryer, iron, kettle, toaster, etc). The building looks bad from the outside, but the lift and stairs are clean. When you enter the apartment you enter into a fully modernised, clean and well decorated apartment. The balcony is brilliant, with great views towards the harbour area. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants.

Everything was so well thought of! We immediately felt at home. The location was perfect, there was parking included, balcony with amazing view. Adding to that, there were shower-essentials, laundry detergent, spices to cook with, clothes rack to dry clothes, enough (beach)towels, rolling shutters to blackout the room and more!! The host even provided a bottle of water already! Everything to make our holiday easy and comfortable. And the contact with her was also good and easy.

This apartment had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, there was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, plenty of towels for a week stay, the shower in the bathroom was fantastic, it had a gorgeous balcony, it was located right next to the best supermarket in town, the list goes on. This was the best value place we stayed at in Albania, and perhaps our entire trip around Europe. Would come back again easily.

“A homely yet modern apartment in the heart of Himare”

This felt like a breath of fresh air, especially after a few less than ideal accommodation experiences across the country. The apartment was even better than the pictures, with breathtaking views of the mountains & ocean, especially gorgeous at sunrise & sunset. All of the facilities were fabulous, and we could have easily stayed for a week with a full kitchen & laundry amenities, secure parking and a very comfy bed. Everything was super clean & fresh, with ample supplies for our stay. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, less than a 5 minute walk from the main esplanade & beach, but far enough back that it felt peaceful at nighttime. Would happily stay here again!

The location was excellent: 5 minutes from the center and the beach. Supermarkets, fruit kiosks and restaurants were on our doorstep. But the most amazing thing about this apartment was the view on the moutains on one side and the harbour on the other side; on a clear day, you can even see Corfu across the sea. We ended up spending most of the time in the apartment there on the balcony :) This apartment had all the facilities you need to live comfortably — from a dishwasher and steam iron to kitchen spices and coffee makers. The host, Danai, was very helpful and easy to reach, she also gave us some good local recommendations. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment with great views from lovely balcony. We were pleasantly surprised how close to the apartment was to everything - only a 2 minute walk to the beach and many bars and restaurants. We appreciated the coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and air conditioning. Free (and easy!!) parking right underneath, which is very rare in Albania. Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Nice and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped, with various coffee making options available, and cooking stuffs salt, pepper, oil all those things available if you want to cook. Big fridge and freezer. Good aircon. Lovely little balcony with view of the marina. Comfy bed with 4 pillows and tv. Nice and quiet too

“Excellent location, modern and clean studio”

We stayed in the studio, and had a great stay! Great location, short stroll to the public beach and just over the hill to get to the beach with hired lounges and umbrella. Studio was well equipped, great air con, large balcony. We didn’t want to leave!

“Great place to stay!”

It was a clean and nice apartment, five minute walk from the beach and boulevard. It is on the sixt floor, so it had quite a view and it has an elevator, so good if you have luggage. You can park for free very close to the building. They gave us 5 liters of drink water. It has also a washer, so we were very happy to wash our towels! We could check-in and check-out when we wanted. The lady of the house was very nice and welcoming!

Everything was great! The owner was extremely nice, responsive, and generous. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There are many beautiful beaches around the area. We hope to come back again.
