Amazing view, welcoming owner if they do not speak english they really did let us feel home and welcome. Good breakfast fresh and different every morning. We extend our stay one extra night here as we really loved the place. Is located on top of the old town of Himare about a 7 mins walk on the hill but is absolutely worthy

Incredible location, friendly family and an amazing view

The view was incredible!! The accommodation was located in the old town of Himare, embedded into the castle ruins itself which we loved. You walk a few metres outside and you're immediately surrounded by the castle ruins with stunning views of the coast. The son of the owners, Bill, met us at the bottom of the castle and showed us to the property which was a huge help as I'd imagine you could get a bit lost otherwise. The breakfast was one of the best we had all trip, and they gave us a complimentary lunch to take away with us for our last day of the trip. The staff were wonderful, and very hospitable. There are some lovely restaurants that are a moderate walk away but well worth it. Our room was clean, with good air con, and style. We really loved our stay here!

We stayed only one night at Castel of Himara. The place has an amazing view and the room was comfortable and clean. The homemade breakfast was really good. It was a great experience. I recommend ! Keep in mind that you need to walk about 10 minutes uphill on slippery stones to get there, so better without luggage. And might be tiring after a long day of the beach. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The views from the place are INCREDIBLE. The breakfast is also great!

It was good! The room was clean and it had incredible view! Also there was a great Livadhi Beach! Water was clean and warm. We stayed only one night but it seemed we could stay more nights to explore more sights.

Accommodation in the castle of Himara, room with a small balcony and amazing view of Himara bay, super-clean room, friendly staff that provided instructions in advance on how to reach the place. Nice breakfast in the terrace of the house prepared by the owners, which is also used as cafeteria where you can have a drink or eat something.

The place was even better than we imagined, the room was cozy and clean and the view from the balcony breathtaking. The hosts were really kind, helpful on any request and the breakfast really delicious. We mostly enjoyed the calm and the view from the patio.

Wonderful view, lovely breakfast and such a calm atmosphere. The host does barely speak englisch but has a big heart and we had fun communicating with hands and feet. We would definitely come again! One of our favorite spots in Albania!!
