“If you love the sea you will love this place.”

The extra you pay for the location of the property and the room location (straight access from the room to the sea) is priceless. If you do book one of those rooms sea shoes are a must as sea urchins are all over. The host Artemis was really lovely and couldn't do enough for us, I met alot of nice people in Albania but she was my favourite, she does have stiff competition as her brother owns the hotel above her rooms, we also stayed there as we wanted an extra day in Himare and she was fully booked. We booked the room with the hot tub on the balcony which was fab so if her place is full you know where to go.

The proximity to stay on the water’s edge, with peace out of the buzz, but 2 minutes walk to the closest restaurant and shops, and for my husband not liking shops, watching all the boats and yachts come in and out of the harbour.

Everything was amazing, the room was beautiful, quiet and extremely comfy. The owner Artemis was lovely and so welcoming! We even had snorkeling equipment and the outside deck on the water was stunning.

Amazing hotel. We used the terrace everyday and it was so easy to walk into town for lunch and dinner. The place is run by a family and you can really sense the attention to detail. It was a great stay!!

“A true gem in Himare”

Absolutely everything but the highlight is truly the ‘dock’ balcony where you can sit on the sea and can enjoy Himare. We also loved all the attention to detail; everything has been considered with the ice machine, the blanket for sitting outside, the lights to enjoy the outdoors at night, coffee, extra towels and more. What an incredible stay, we want to come back already! It was the highlight of our trip!

By far the nicest hotel room we've ever stayed in. We spent hours sat on the steps by the sea watching the fish and sea urchins! The staff were fantastic, they even dried our clothes for us that were still wet from our precious stay. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough and will be back in a heart beat on our next trip to Albania ❤️

“Room on the sea”

It was perfect. The location was perfect because 2 minutes away from Himarë by foot, so all restaurants and bars very accessible but quiet because a little apart. Right on the sea, amazing. With a gorgeous view of the village, mountains and sea. The room is tastefully furnished, quite big, with all facilities (mini fridge, coffee machine and boiler, TV). The bathroom is really nice with amazing bathtub; for end November/beg December, just perfect. Artemis, the host is a lovely host, very kind and available.

Everything!! This little hotel is a total gem. The room is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, and you can go swimming just by opening the door. We thought the room was already gorgeous in the pictures, but it is even better when you see it in person. The bathtub with a view to the ocean is also perfect. The ocean and its color are breathtaking. We have traveled to many countries and Artemis is by far the best host we have ever had. She is the kindest, and she helped us all the time. She helped us book an awesome boat trip and gave us great recommendations regarding food and places to visit. She is very attentive and made us feel home. On top of all this, the breakfast is delicious, especially the traditional Albanian pancakes with homemade marmalade!! While enjoying your breakfast, you have the most beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. We will definitely stay there again.

“The best place to stay in Himare”

We had the best stay at Arti’s! The rooms are spacious and modern and the location is spectacular with swimming straight from your room - there is no where like it in Himarë. Arti was a wonderful host, helping us with really make the most of the trip with recommendations (and even taking us to fix a problem with our car). Recommend everyone to stay here, we can’t wait to come back

“The steps from the room into the sea, perfect for a morning dip and a last glass of wine in the evening.”

Beautifully designed with steps from the room into the sea which you can swim off. A second private outside area with sun loungers came with our room. Beautifully clean, spacious, light and airy. Great shower. Location great, close enough to walk to the main strip but far enough away that the music and noise doesn’t carry. Breakfast is available on first floor terrace, great selection of food. All staff very friendly and helpful.
