Our room was quite tiny but the magnificent view makes up for any minor spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with all your needs. The extra care and attentiveness of the staff is warming. The morning cook/waitress is delightful and funny - the variety of food and quality of cooking was excellent too.

The bed was very comfortable and the room has a lovely view and outdoor seating area. There is a nice sized pool and the location for us was perfect.

Spotless rooms, friendly & helpful staff. The views! The Victorian bath tubs. The peace & tranquility. The generator, because the area experiences many power outages.

WiFi connectivity was really poor Shower drain needs to be addressed. It pools immediately and builds up quickly… not good.

I liked the location as it was quiet, safe and scenic. Responsive, friendly and accommodative host. Privacy and comfort, while still having the security of other people around.

We booked a pet friendly place, the lady put us up in a room with the cat, telling me she was going to move us to a better cottage with more space that never happened, we paid for 5 days we stayed 2, they wont allow refund, and her attitude was just ridiculous

We had such a wonderful stay at Gateside Guesthouse. The rooms are quaint, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The central location makes it easy to get around, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well stocked and equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
