Blankets not dry enough, no cleaning everyday, bad services. No one can speak English. The manger use google translate. No one available at reception. There was too much noise from outside. No refrigerator, no AC… I don’t like & not recommend.

i liked the location, but they have no staff, they had one employee and he didn’t know any european language, they didnt had warm water or anything, this is the last place i want to visit again

“We had a wonderful evening at the hotel Demosan, the kids especially loved it.”
The hotel is easy to find, there is free parking. The hotel owner, Michael and his wife are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The hotel room is beautiful, clean, fully equipped. The surrounding area is quiet. Recommended.

The hotel is in a great location as it's close to a variety of shops and restaurants. Staff are very friendly hospitable and the rooms comfortable. Will not hesitate to stay here again when next visiting Hilden

Everything was good for relaxing, but it would be better if there was a hairdryer in the bathroom and a kettle for tea. It is a quiet place and the staff are very friendly. thank you

Great staff and very nice hotel on a budget, great breakfast served individually at the table. Great location by the Hilden Center, short walk through the old city to restaurants and shopping street.

It was a very neat and clean room, it had all the amenities, we cannot find this comfort anywhere else at a low price. The staff was very friendly. They treated people very sincerely. Even before I entered the room, they gave me tea and chatted and made me feel better.
