“100/10 highly recommend”
We loved everything. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, the staff is amazing (hotel manager please give them a raise!), the food served is delicious, the view is incredible, the bath experience is perfect. The stay made us want to plan a vacation around Lake Biwa next time we are in Japan. AMAZING

“Excellent !I give 10！”
Everything. The room was so clean and no unlikable smell. The dinner course was superb!It left us po full and very satisfied!And to my most satisfying moment was the pistachio dessert!Did the Chef knew it was my favorite?Hahaha! My husband and daughter really enjoyed too.We are planning to come back in the autumn season.

Staff here are lovely, stunning views, excellent food! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely recommend and stay half board. Special mention for Nguyen from Vietnam who looked after us.

“Excellent stay by the lake”
Everything. We felt comfortable from the minute we walked into the hotel, the staff who served us were warm and welcoming. The rest area was spacious and bright as it faces the lake. All the rooms on the high rise building were facing the lake. Our room was clean and spacious with a tiny outdoor hot bath which was excellent to enjoy the sunset and night view of the lake. Dinner was excellent, with fresh beef, seafood and good varieties of Japanese dishes.
