Good breakfast and you can eat it while watching ocean and beach, nice and helpfull staff. It is small hotel with direct access to the beach which is very important in Hikkaduwa - otherwise you might have problems accessing the beach. It's is best part of Hikkaduwa - not so crowdy and wide beach but still close to the center.

“Perfect end of vacation”

The accomodation is beautiful, very spacious and modern. The rooms are great, very clean and the sea view is beautiful! We really loved that it is directly at the beach and the host was SO friendly. We could ask him anything and he provided us with all the information we needed. You even get beach towels and tea for free and there is always ice cold water which you can buy. The breakfast is very good and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The beach loungers are very comfortable and big, you can even use one for two people and the section is very calm and not crowded at all. We enjoyed every second of the stay and would love to come back one day.

I spent a great two weeks in this wonderful place. everything was at the highest level: room cleaning, delicious breakfasts, a wonderful view and a very friendly atmosphere. Everything you need is within walking distance. I heartily recommend this place!

The property was absolutely amazing! There is not one thing I could fault. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was huge and modern. The water was nice and hot too which was a plus. The aircon was also brand new. Everything has been thought through at this accomodation, there’s a desk in the room, a drying rack and a place where you can hang clothes, they even provide you with shampoo and body wash. They offered to clean your rooms daily if you needed which I thought was way too kind considering how reasonably priced this place is. The owner is super lovely and checks in regularly to ensure that your stay is going well. All of the staff amazing as well. The place is super super clean too. There are sun beds also in front of the accomodation on the beach. The property is located about a 20-30 minute walk from the busy party area which is good if you like peace and quiet but if you want to go to the busier area it’s only a short tuk tuk drive

The staff was very welcoming, the lady that was cooking the breakfast was so polite, she always asked us how did we like our breakfast and on our last day she cooked the coconut pancakes just because we told her we enjoyed it so much. the food was delicious and the cleaning way above every other accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. as for the hotel administrator, he was always so polite, gave us some advices for places to visit and was very helpful with our transportation. we really enjoyed our stay, especially in the room with sea view, the waves whispered to us all night long, it was amazing!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They organised a driver to pick us up from the airport and drive us to the hotel. You have a view of the beach whilst you eat breakfast (breakfast is excellent) and the room is clean and comfortable. You are a short walk away from lots of great restaurants and bars. Thank you for such a great stay!

“simple and clean room for good price”

simple and clean room, friendly staff. i needed to have an extra night in Hikka while our party regrouped - so it served the purpose ideally. my room was on second floor and had a side sea view - so it was ideal with very low noise from road and ocean (ocean in this area really crushes hard into the beach so be careful if you choose the rooms facing the ocean - when i stayed at a different place nearby i had some issues with sleep due to the level on noise coming from the ocean despite all the romantic). AC worked properly (always choose “dry” mode and it works best in high humidity next to the ocean)
