Very convenient position close to everything. The villa is very well maintained and the rooms are spotless. We had a great time there. The monkeys in the morning at breakfast were great to see

“Good vibes and great location”

Great stay at Villa Kaya. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the overall ambience of the place was very peaceful (apart from the V LOUD train now and again). The gardens and pool were very well kept and the monkeys playing out the back were an added bonus.

Fabulous staff & great pool, perfectly positioned in Hikkaduwa. Short walk to restaurants & shops. Amazing breakfast. Lovely to see the monkeys in the trees behind the property.

The staff was amazing, the pool was really enjoyable. The monkeys living nearby are so cute!!

The place is very close to a train track, 20 meters away, so every time a train passes there is a loud noise.

Everything was the same as on the pictures - clean room, amazing breakfast, swimming pool, close to the restaurant, beach or shopping.

Due to the cancelled flight, we were granted an extension of our accommodation. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned on request. Breakfast was always freshly prepared. In the morning, a family of monkeys joined us for breakfast. Guests enjoy peace, quiet and pure nature here.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price paid. Very good value for money and the pool and staff were excellent. The airline lost our luggage and they were super helpful in helping us get our lost luggage returned. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

If you like to get scammed it’s a great places to go. Also if you like to sleep with cockroaches and lizards it’s maybe the best place to go.

“Great homely run hotel in a brilliant location”

The room was a great size with a great view of the pool area. Staff were available to assist and help from the moment we arrived. Wild monkeys live directly behind the hotel and it was amazing as we got to feed them with the owner by hand which was absolutely incredible. Great location less than 5 minute walk to the main road and we loved seeing the trains drive each day.

Wonderful place, clean, perfect service, rich breakfast! We will come back again!

Breakfast was great and the staff were amazing. The room was super comfortable with a lovely balcony.
