Nothing! The noise from the street kept me awake the whole night. No windows in the room to look out through. We booked a deluxe room with balcony but had to go outside the room and around the corner to get to the balcony??

Very good breakfast. Owner arranged to take me on two trips in his car. Yala National park and river boat trip both good value. Very polite helpful family. Laid back hotel with good access to beach and shops

“superb”
Got the family room, very spacious and the bathroom is huge on the 2nd floor. All staff very helpful with luggage going up and down the stairs. Really friendly, paid with card with small service fee. Right on the beach, got welcome drinks as we arrived. Great location, you can walk everywhere and tuk tuks are always on the streets. They helped us get transport to Unawatna. Beach is lovely, clean and alot of surf/activities nearby. Turtles are 10-15 min walk away. Very clean calm and cozy place to stay with friendly and helpful staff. Located just next to the beach, there are many good restaurants nearby

The hosts of this Vila were super friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, less than a minute from the beach. Room was basic but you had everything you needed. Location at this place is everything!
