Everything is great, the room, the pool, the location close to the beach but away from the noisy main road. Breakfast is fantastic, with fresh squeezed juice included, but the best is the couple who owe the place: very friendly, good advises and perfect hosts.The place looks exactly like the pictures: well taken care of and clean

Super small hotel that has recently been finished. Large rooms really nicely done as well as spaces to relax and a small swimming pool. Short walk or tuktuk drive from the train station. 5 mins to the beach. Lovely owners extremely friendly and helpful. I was even able to do a cooking lesson with Piumi which was fabulous. 2 hours drive from the airport that owners can also organise.

This is a family run property who looked after their guests very well. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the swimming pool is a lovely touch after a hot day out. I loved the location with its proximity to Turtle beach to swim with turtles and near coral beach to swim with fish!

We had a great stay! The location is excellent and very convenient, and everything was clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, bright, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The owners and everyone working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

“Lovely base for Hikkaduwa”

Great location off the main road so away from traffic noise. Very close to the railway line and very loud trains but they weren't too often and we got used to them. Small but very clean pool. Lovely room. Safe provided. Communal fridge. Communal area kept very clean as visitors encouraged to take shoes off.

This is a very good, comfortable and clean hotel. The garden and the pool are very good. The staff is very kind and very helpful. They allow us to dinner in the living room with our food. They were very kind. Localization: The hotel is very near the main supermarkets, restaurants and shops, but away from the busy area of Hikkaduwa. There were some noise due to the trains, but that is quite common overall Hikkaduwa. Anyway there are not frequent. One of the rooms was very large, the other room was smaller. Anyway, all of them were comfortable, with the necessary furniture. The bed were comfortable. too. Good air conditioning. Bathrooms - Very Good, large and clean. Shower with hot water and good pressure. Toiletries (shower gel and soap) were provided. Pool - very clean and good. It was very good to swim. Wifi: Very good

Fantastic place. Well maintained and large rooms. Just a short walk to the beach. The owners were quite welcoming and we had a great time staying here.

Great location at the less touristy end of town and short walk to the train station. The room and bathroom were bright and spacious and comfortable. We felt really safe.

The family welcomed us warmly; they were really nice and friendly people. ❤️ The room was clean, modern, and matched the pictures. The breakfast was amazing—I highly recommend it. The yard area and swimming pool were beautiful and enjoyable. There were many monitor lizards swimming in the nearby river, and they are worth seeing.
