“Cozy hotel with friendly staff”

It's a boutique hotel, 5 rooms in total. It feels like you're staying in a home. Very cozy, friendly staff and relaxed environment, especially that it's far from the center of Hikkaduwa where the beaches there could be noisy at night. We picked their biggest room and it was huge compared to other hotels in Hikkaduwa. Especially the balcony. You could chill all night there.

“Amazing place in a stunning location”

Incredible location right in the front of a quieter part of the beach from Hikkaduwa but with great access to wonderful restaurants and transport connections. The room was incredible- a double suite on the top floor with a huge balcony including tables, chairs, sofa and sun loungers. The bathroom was also large with a great shower. The breakfasts were stunning and the service excellent.

“Peaceful beachfront stay close to town”

First of all, we are very thankful to the manager and his staff for arranging a room so quickly after we had to make a last-minute reservation due to issues with another hotel. We are so glad we ended up choosing this place. The entire team is very kind, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious — served by the pool with a view of the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and not crowded, yet still close to the town center. You can easily take a tuk-tuk to Turtle Beach for around 400 LKR or enjoy a pleasant walk along the shore.

We booked this last minute as our plans had changed. It far exceeded our expectations! Hotel charming, rooms perfect and very large. Food great and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Right on the beach as well!

The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, and well maintained. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the room’s balcony. The beach is located right next to the hotel, which was a big advantage and made the stay even more enjoyable.

Villa was really clean, staff very friendly and location was really peaceful and beach was clean.Breakfast was also good and you can choose what kind of breakfast you want. There is only 5 Rooms in this Villa so it's really quiet. There's a small market nearby If you want to buy some snacks, drink etc. Villa has own security person and gate so it's also really safe.

Everything!! The location, the view, the facilities, the food, but overall - the staff are truly incredible, especially Kelum. He and his wonderful team arrange tuk tuks and transfers, mopeds and tours and they bring the most incredible food to enjoy on your balcony (or in your room) with nothing less than silver service. You go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean in this luxurious boutique hotel and in every way possible the staff make your experience magical. With only 5 rooms in the hotel you get peace and calm like few places can ever offer and with essentially a butler style service. This is truly a slice of paradise, so private and exclusive, so special and with such a warm welcome. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in the world. Ever!

A Massive thank you to Team Ten30 for making our stay with you so magnificent. The food was amazing and better value than the beach shacks close by. The presentation of our meals was always stunning and served with big smiles, nothing was too much trouble whatever our request, our room was very spacious with a large fridge, the bed was comfortable, bed linin and towels clean and fresh, the views from our terrace were wonderful including the sunrise and sunsets. Kelum, the manager, was so relaxed with our timings, we could dine whatever time we wanted, his mantra is, the answer is yes what is the question. This is the best hotel, food, and staff we have encountered on our stay in Sri Lanka.
