“Lovely big room in a lush setting close to the centre”

Lovely big room with cooking facilities and a fridge! Relaxing balcony overlooking a lush garden in a peaceful setting just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Brilliant stay in Hikkaduwa. This place has everything you need and more. The room is very large , with a very large comfortable bed and pillows. There is a kitchenette in the room, which was great to have, electric kettle, a stove and a large fridge ( which was nice for keeping water and beer cold). You are provided with a big wash rack as well. The bathroom is large witb the option for hot water and it has a very good water pressure. The place looks brand new so everything works well. The room has a desk and office chair for those digital nomads, and the WIFI worked great. The owner will go out his way to make your stay comfortable. He is very responsive on booking, answering any questions you have (if you cannot find him on the grounds). On our firsy day, I messaged him and asked for a bucket to wash my swimwear out, a broom and an extra bed cover . Within 5mins he produced everything for me with a big smile on his face. The location is fantastic, you are literally a 5minute walk onto the main street in Hikkaduwa with bars and restaurants, and the beach is right there. We couldnt of asked for more. “Impressive facilities”

Great location, 5 minutes maximum from anything. The room itself is huge, even has a fridge and a small kitchen area. Honestly, I’ve stayed in hotels in Sri Lanka and elsewhere the size of the bathroom alone! It felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room! Very impressed with the facilities. Was also given two towels despite being solo, which was a nice touch. Air conditioning works very well. There’s also a lockable storage cupboard available for valuables.

Very big room, with a small area that includes a fridge and a stove (so you can cook!). Very close to the beach. Next to the railway—although I always use earplugs to sleep, I didn’t find it noisy.

The room is a fantastic size. The shower is hot, the ac and fan work well. Wifi is great. Location is amazing, close to the beach and restaurants. Thankyou for the wonderful stay!

This place was way better than expected-the room was HUGE, the bed large and comfortable, the ac crisp and the wifi fast. The owners are very kind also! Would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!

“Great place for your stay in Hikkaduwa”

Great location, close to the bus station, but also to the beach. But still quiet with no city rush. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, enough place for your stuff. The room includes also small kitchen where you can cook or prepare a tea. Bathroom was also big and clean.

Perfect quiet location surrounded by jungle and birds. Very close to the beach. The family is very lovely and friendly. The apartment has everything we needed! Little kitchen was a plus! We loved it!!! We will come back for sure!
