What a find! The most fabulous place right on the beach near everything. And the food is sublime.

Beautiful place right on the beach. I am en elderly woman traveling alone and I must say i cuold not have made a better choice. Safe, clean and friendly. Deeshan goes out of his way to make sure you are allright. He also aranged a trip to Ella for me and it was fabulous. Deeshan also communicate very promt and friendly before my stay, reasuring everyting is in place. This place makes you feel like the most important guest. I will stay here again at the next opportunity.

The hotel is beautifully situated little outside the real crowded area of Hikkaduwa. The owner and his wife are kind and welcoming, they aim to give you the best experience possible. If you want, it's possible to enjoy a home made dinner. Also they help you navigate all the different things the town has to offer so you don't end up in a tourist trap. Breakfast was either the English style, what you get all around Sri Lanka, or a beautifully prepared Sri Lanka style breakfast. But the best are the sunsets at the beach ❤️

Pros- We loved our stay at Kavin beach resort. Rooms are spacious, staff and owner extremely well behaved and helpful. Modern interiors, the beach in front of the resort was fantastic, very picturesque. Sunsets from our room was exceptionally beautiful.

“Peaceful beach vibes, amazing view”

Peaceful location at the end of the beach. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room on the top floor has an incredible view, it was nice to wake up to the sound of the waves in the morning. There are shops, a Buddhist temple, a couple beach restaurants and a local fishing market within walking distance, and the town is a short drive away. The room was very well cleaned and the property is well maintained. There are chairs on the beach.

Great and quite location at the beach. Close to great resteurants. Host is really opened, gives you a lot of tips, is open to have a chat about the island and is really helpfull. We felt taken care of. There is a laundry at the other side of the street, host can help you with that

“Nice place, calm and relaxing”

This "hotel" has only 5 rooms 😊 we had one with an ocean view. The room is nice, big with comfortable beds, nice, big bathroom with super shower with hot water. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they can organise everything. We could stay longer on the day of check out!!! We are very grateful for that 😊 if you are looking for a quiet place with literally nothing around, this is the perfect place for you. Around just the basic shop and few restaurants. Only breakfast could be better, we just had toast, scrambled eggs with jam etc.

“Oasis of piece and quiet”

The hotel is a bit aside from the city, the beach is very quiet- we have enjoyed it a lot. Rooms are new and comfortable, breakfast was outstanding. One of the best things about the place is hotel staff

Thank you Pramosh, Patrick and Jaya for the wonderful hospitality you guys have shown from proactively giving tips to avoid getting scammed, recommending best places for water activities, adjusting breakfast timings to ensure I don't remain empty stomach till lunch to taking me on their scooty for currency exchange and utilities. I can't recommend this hotel enough, a proper 10/10 stay.

The owners were super nice and the location and breakfast was amazing. We were even able to do a lagoon tour and they also tried to teach us how to climb a coconut tree. All in all 11/10 - totally recommend this hotel :)
