“Surrounded by Nature!”

Location was perfect surrounded by nature in a very quiet and relaxing environment. The owner Roshan was very hospitable and always helpful with any requests. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen area had a large fridge with plates, glasses and cutlery supplied. There is full Cable, TV and Streaming Services available. The Bathroom is large with a huge shower area and the hot water was always working. The location is a couple of kilometres from the main road whereby you can walk to the main areas of town or beach or the host will order a Tut Tut or Taxi which will be there in a few minutes. A new Restaurant and Pool will be opening very soon at the back of the Property so everything is there that a 5 Star has.

I spend 2 night with my mother&brother there. I have to say that this place was the most incredible place in 2 months travelling in sri lanka. Althought its a bit outside you can enjoy a incredible view over the mangroves to the lake. Rooms are perfectly made and are in every way i could emagine perfect. the employers there were super helpful and helped with everything you need. They even organized 2 motorbikes for our arrival. We loved this place and i can highly recommend staying there!! Especially the 2 upper rooms are mind blowing!

The location is beautiful and the view from the balcony is lovely overlooking the canopy. Loved sitting here in the mornings and evenings drinking coffee and watching the birds. Roshitha and his team are so accommodating, picked us up from the station when we arrived and helped us get our laundry done.

Absolutely everything! Roshitha and his family have created a wonderful venue that is integrated with the local ecosystem with a focua on engagement with the wildlife and a detox. The colour of the buildings has been picked from the trees in the area. The facilities are superb. Sonos speakers, extra large beds, high quality bedding and good showers. They have even designed their own reclining chairs to ensure we had the bed experience.

“One gorgeous and peaceful night in paradise”

This is a paradise on Earth! From the moment the property gates opened, you are in the most beautiful scenery of green plants and trees. Just a short stroll and you are at the 2 properties. I was very lucky as given an upgrade to the top floor overlooking the tree tops towards the lake. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette, fully equipped if I needed to cook or store food in the fridge or freezer. There was a TV but who needs it, hey? The WiFi helped though to keep in touch with family and friends. The bathroom was large and again with everything you can possibly need. I watched the wilderness from the window as I brushed my teeth. But THE BEST view was certainly from the balcony at sunset and again at sunrise where I recorded the beautiful sounds of nature. The owner was very kind and thoughtful, unfortunately I could not stay more than just one night this time but I wil be back for sure. If you want a peaceful, relaxing and a tranquil stay, this is your place. Even as I laid on my bed in the morning, I looked through the glass door at the views. Just what I needed after a busy tour. Thank you so much for this gem of properties.

The most important advantage of this place is it's location - in the middle of nowhere, no tourists, no noise, only jungle. And, as it was written many times before it the other feedbacks - the host, mr. Roshitha. He provides full concierge-service by himself free of charge: always online on Whatsapp, always ready to help.

“Beautiful!”

Being slightly further from the main town of Hikkaduwa meant that it was nice and quiet and only a ten minute Tuktuk ride into town. Roshita and his wife were lovely! The setting is beautiful, with lush vegetation surrounding the building, makes you feel isolated (in a good way). There were birds and bats using nearby trees which were awesome to see. The bedding was so soft and comfortable and the shower big with hot water.

This small hotel consists of 6 spacious rooms with large balcony - 1 room per floor. It’s new, clean with modern design and furniture, has everything for comfortable stay and for cooking by yourself. Location is very quiet, you can enjoy the observation of wild life (squirrels, bats, huge lizards) from your balcony.

Big room with a patio as we were on the ground floor. I think the upper rooms with balconies and a view would be even better. Upmarket, feels new with fantastic bathroom. Self catering. Away from the noise of Hikkaduwa. Right in the foliage.
