They didn’t ask what we wanted for breakfast, and the tea was very poor—it was basically just water with no milk. They chose the breakfast for us. When I asked for coffee, they gave me tea instead, which didn't taste good. Furthermore, no water was served. When I requested bottled water, they told me no room service was available to bring it. Honestly, if you don't have enough staff to provide basic service, you should close the hotel until they return.

Good location on the beach and near the shops and cafés ect. Eventually got a nice(ish) room but original room was in very poor condition and needs refurbishing.

Amazing location very central, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. We are a young family of 5 and staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. And the beach is amazing.

We eventually had a good view of the sea as published. The bedroom furniture on the 2nd floor was nicer.

“The building itself is very nice, the rooms inside, although I can accept some compromises.”
The staff and owners were also very nice and helpful. Close to the sea, own (shared) umbrella and bed. The air conditioning was old but worked well. The shower was nice and the bathroom was spacious.
