Overview
Coral Sands Hotel is located on Hikkaduwa Beach, just opposite the Marine Park. It offers 2 swimming pools, free parking and free Wi-Fi access. Rooms at the hotel all enjoy great views of the Indian Ocean. Air-conditioned guest rooms come with an attached balcony. The en suite bathroom is fitted with toiletries and hot shower facilities. “Tasteful room design.”
The blue sapphire esque sea, viewable directly from the room , with boats bobbing up and down. Multiple seating arrangements within the room. Sunbeds on the balcony.

It was my 3rd visit to this hotel. I had a very nice room with a balcony and seaview, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar is very good both the buffet and the a la carte menu, the location and the outside area is very good. A nice beach and two swimmingpools and a nice garden. The hotel has also a nice café.

Superbly easy access to dive centre and instructors and fish-filled coral reef yards offshore . Cocktails were excellent. Pools were great. ,

“Great hotel in a super location”
I always visit this hotel when I am in Sri Lanka, it never disappoints. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Really good to have wifi coverage throughout - this is a big improvement.

The room was upgraded for me and the room was the only thing i liked about the hotel as it had a nice view. Rest nothing i liked.

“a hotel with a nice view”
It is a hotel with a swimming pool and sea view, and the view is excellent. The bedding was very soft, so the bed was very nice. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was good, so it was pleasant, and the view from the terrace was beautiful. I stayed for two nights and three days, and while I was out, I was surprised to see the room and our luggage, and they cleaned and organized it. I had snorkeling early in the morning, so I couldn't make time for my meal. I told you in advance that I could get a meal package after snorkeling. Thanks to the beautifully packed meal, I was able to have a late meal on the terrace. Thank you. Most of all, the room was clean, so I could rest comfortably.

“3 Nights became 5 - Superb Seaside Serendip!”
My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights at the Coral Sands Hotel. We enjoyed it so much we decided to extend our stay for another 2 nights. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel stay was very comfortable. The food was excellent catering for both Sri Lankan and International tourists. The air-conditioning in our deluxe room was excellent and made the room feel really comfortable. We also enjoyed the walk in rain shower in the bathroom. The hotel has immediate beach access with taps and showers to both gates leading to the sea. The beaches are lovely to swim and I would recommend going in the morning before mid-day for gentle waves and clear blue waters. The hotel is also 400 metres from turtle beach making it an easy costal of town stroll to the Turtle Beach. Overall I would give the hotel a 10/10. It exceeded our expectations and would would be delighted to visit again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
