“Fantastic location and sea view”

This hotel is fabulous for its location to the beach and to nearby restaurants and bars in Hikkaduwa. The rooms are very spacious, and there’s even a little drying rack in the room which was very much appreciated. Comfortable bed, lots of sunlight through the windows, sea view - what more could you want! The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ll be back to stay here.

The rooms are large, comfortable king size bed, tea and coffee making facility plus fridge for cold drinks. Large modern shower room, balcony with chairs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location off the main road so close to restaurants but quiet.

We stayed in a family room. This hotel has a super convenient location. There are cafés not far away with ocean views, where it’s really nice to eat. So there’s no need to book breakfast at the hotel. There’s a very beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony. The balcony is big and comfortable. Noise didn’t bother us in the room. If the bathroom door and the balcony door are closed, it’s quiet inside the room. The staff are kind and helpful—everyone tries to do their best. At night the doors are locked, and guests have keys, which gives a sense of safety. The room was cleaned every day—clean and high-quality. They changed the towels every day.

Great location, within walking distance to the train station, the beach and plenty of food options. Staff were really lovely, super welcoming and would do anything to help. I was in room 301 and it was really big (plenty of room for 1/2 people) and the view in the morning was just as pictured. It’s right next to the rustic cafe just off the main road. Google maps had the hotel a little further up then what it was.

Everything was fantastic. The room was stunning and clean, perfect location right beside everything. We arrived later than check in and they were still really helpful.

We've been staying at this hotel for several years. It's a great value. The staff and owner are fantastic, very friendly (like all Sri Lankans). There's a turtle beach nearby (3 minutes away), surfing for beginners (ask for Lucky), good restaurants (Lobster, Crab), and massages (Dr. Dickens). Two cafes opened this year where you can get good coffee.
