“Lovely stay!”
The property is located just off the main road so in easy distance of the beach and restaurants. The hotel is excellent value for money! Comfortable bed with hot water and a nice balcony :) the staff were friendly and gave the feeling of staying with a family.

“The greatest time in Hikkaduwa due to staying in Blue Waves top suite.”
We got a big suite on the last floor with incredible view to the ocean, palms and sunset. The balcony is big enough and is for 2 sides. AC, Fan, big fridge, kitchen and bathroom with the wndow towards palms. Just enjoyed staying there. Special thanks to Vicum.

Spotlessly clean and freshly decorated room with everything you need run by a lovely family and down a side road a stone’s throw from all the great bars, beach and beach bars and restaurants.

“Comfortable and clean”
We love the people here, stayed a few times over 3 years and they are always so welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a good size with everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking facilities too. Hot powerful shower and good AC. Very close to main road with cafes and shops and close to beach.

“We stayed 6 weeks and didn’t want to leave”
We had a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with huge rooms, sufficient kitchen equipment for our needs (breakfast and cold beverages) and secluded outdoor space to dry beachwear, accessible by French windows in all 3 main rooms. Our hosts were delightful, friendly and helpful. Quiet location on the far side of the main road from the beach - about 5 minutes away (depending on how long it took get across the road). Many bars, restaurants and shops close by.

“Absolutely recommend, super helpful staff, great room and cute dog!”
The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Anytime we asked them for anything, they were very quick to help. The hotel is in a great location, about two minutes walk from the beach. Great views from the balcony, unfortunately there was some building work going on in front of the balcony but it wasn't too disruptive (other than for the view). The room was fairly clean, but there were a lot of ants which freaked us out a bit. however after they cleaned the room partway through our stay, there were a lot less ants. They also have a lovely dog and cat which we very much enjoyed playing with! Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great location just behind the main street - so reasonably quiet but good access to the beaches and shops. Spacious and well equipped. My bed was so comfortable and rooms air conditioned. The host was very helpful and attentive - eg we asked for a long handled squeegie to help dry out the wet room quicker after a shower.

“A business with NO ethics”
Nothing. When I arrived at the hotel they had rented out the room I booked to some foreign tourists. I had to rush to book another place at higher price to stay the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and it was equipped with a mini kitchen. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, making it easy to reach the beach within a short walk. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. We will definitely visit again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The family who runs it are incredibly friendly. They welcomed us with a drink and were always available to help. The hotel is in a perfect central location, right next to the main street with shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beaches. Our room was very spacious, with air conditioning, a well-equipped bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. And their dog is absolutely adorable! Without a doubt, this is a hotel we would love to return to.

“Spacious, clean and comfortable, all in a great location!”
Fabulous room in a great location. Room was spacious, clean and had cooking facilities, though we did not use. Our room also had a fridge/freezer which was great for our water and any snacks. Hot water from the shower. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, arranged airport transfer for us and also gave us a late checkout when they found our our flight home was late in the evening, this was much appreciated 😊 would highly recommend! Thank you.
