“A must do when you visit Japan”

I stayed in private onsen room which was amazing. The food was exquisite, it was an unbelievable experience! They also collected me from my train station, and came looking for me when I accidently gave the wrong station name - I got off a station further and didn't realise it until the driver told me who picked me up.

It was the second time I stayed at this place, because I had a good experience the first time I visited. The room is spacious. The service is nice. You can reserve the downstairs private onsen for a very reasonable price.

Dinner was espectacular. I have been to many onsen by now, and I can say that food was absolutely delicious and incredibly well presented, particularly the second night. I do not eat meat or dairy products, and they were able to accommodate this. The seafood I was served was very fresh and there was so much variety! Spiny lobster, crab, shrimp, conch, etc. Staff was very kind.

The baths in the hotel and outside were great. We had half-board included and food was delicious (especially dinner)! It was a full moon during our stay so we had an outside bath on the rooftop under the moonlight!

Very nice and quiet Onsen hotel, right on the coast with outstanding sea view and beautiful sunrises, both from the room as well as from the top floor outdoor onsen bath. Excellent food service, both breakfast and dinner with outstanding quality; free shuttle pick-up and transport to nearest train station uphill; free entrance to the nearby rotenburo beach onsen is a nice extra

The property was clean and staff friendly. Spacious rooms and onsens were perfect to wind down after a busy time in Tokyo. Hotel offers a shuttle to and from the station which is handy although we walked as it is only a short 10 minute walk to the station.

Nice view of the room and great onsen facilities! Collected the min token ¥300 for onsen access but you have access the onsen multiple times and different types. Highly recommended the one located at level 2. Didn’t have time to try the outdoor one but it’s should be great one too! Nice Japanese breakfast is worth to be in paid

The room was really spacious, all in Japanese style with tatami and hiroen, even though I didn't book a Japanese style room specifically. There was a huge panoramic window with ocean view, and you can fully open it to step to the balcony - rare luxury in Japan. The hotel wasn't crowded - just two rooms per floor, and it has multiple onsens, all neat and well-maintained. But the key selling point for me personally was the rooftop onsen/rotenburo - the view was gorgeous, and the experience overall was pleasant/unique, unlike a few other onsens I had been to.

Amazing onsen and wonderful room with a lot of space. Strongly recommend.

1. Great location, 15mins walk from train station (note downslope, walk through the right side shopping alley, turn right and follow the road) 2. Free shuttle to train station in the morning after check out 3. Great views, esp from dining hall 4. Great selection of food during dinner and breakfast buffet. Be sure to do the grill!! 5. The hotel was very quiet, with the seaside right outside the window. I highly recommend staying for several nights. The rooftop hot spring was very comfortable, and at night, you could see the moon, which was wonderful. Our room was spacious and offered great value for money. In the evening, we borrowed board games from the hotel and had a lot of fun.
