Breakfast was traditional Japanese and pats of it were quite good, though it wasn’t a lot. The location was great to enjoy nature. The nearby spa, to which a ticket is included, was quite nice.

“Kikori hotel stay in August 2023”
The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are exceptional - the gentleman at the reception who is also driving the shuttle van was very patient with us and made our stay very pleasant. He took very good care of us and made sure we had a taxi picking us up whenever we needed it, explained what we were eating at breakfast, and how to do it properly.

A quiet, out of the way location. I liked the spacious room. We were treated very special with the fancy Japanese dinner. the hotspring bath was just near our room

Very clean modern Japanese Traditional accommodation, Breakfast and Dinner were superb especially the Hida Beef, Onsen available, Spacious Tatami Matt room with a zen Japanese garden view, half hour from Takayama where there was a festival when we were there,
