“I want to complain to the Booking team. You made two consecutive mistakes.”
We arrived at this apartment on the first day and because the check-in PIN given to me by the Booking team was wrong, we were unable to open our room and were locked out. We called the landlord and he arrived 15 minutes later to help us solve the problem.
