2 single mattresses in a double bed.. Its a good hotel but way overpriced. We had way better rooms in the same area, on the beach, with sea view with better overall experience for less money.

“Would have been very nice except the siren but a bad feeling on it”
There was a fire siren that repeated several times - when I called the desk to complain they were short tempered and rude, and we weret offered ant compensation in terms of money or services

“Excellent Sta! Highly Recommended”
I had an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. It was my birthday, and the hotel provided me with wine as a gift. The room was so spacious and had the amenities one required for a comfortable stay. The morning breakfast was also quite good. Lots of options.

“Wonderful stay at NYX...the facilities are modern and well kept and it is an easy walk to the beach.”
The rooms were large and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms and showers. We only used one spa treatment but the saunas and pool were well kept and comfortable. The staff was consistently lovely and helpful.

“Amazing hotel, beautiful location.”
From the get go, staff were really helpful. The breakfast and dinner was very good and there were good options for vegetarians/vegans. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. It's only a 13 minute walk to the beach and the Marina.

“Room is great, service is terrible”
Two staff members at the reception, extremely rude. I booked a room for 2 adults. Two of my co workers finished work late at night and came straight to the hotel. One of them already had a room and the other co workers finished booked on the booking app. The first question I was hit with was “ How do we know you are not hiding someone in the room” i was shocked by this, so I said, you are asking a client to prove to you that I am not hiding someone in my room. I was shocked by this. To make things worse the security guy actually went up to my room to check if i am hiding someone there. And when they saw that there’s no one, then they allowed my co workers to come in. My other co worker made a reservation through booking since it was late at night after work, but they refused to give him a room so he had to cancel
