Room was clean and comfortable. Shower head was partially blocked and the shower screen leak water onto the floor

They charged me deposit (1000 shekels) + 6000 shekels for a room and another 6000 shekels which they told was a mistake. And still didnt send me my money, 10 days passed after i left the hotel.

Easy to get to off the highway, 14 free guest parking spots in a well-lit, secured underground garage that was almost empty while visiting in February, 2025. 24/7 English and Hebrew speaking front desk staff, with free tea and cookies. Quiet rooms, mini fridge, large bed, large window with sitting bench. Netflix included in stay.

The hotel was fine. The absolute disaster for me was having no hot water in the morning to shower. We were told to wait for the hot water but we had an engagment in the morning. We wont be returning to the hotel.

I arrived few hours earlier than expected and was ready to pay for early checkin, but receptionist saw how tired I was and just let me go to my room as it wasn't occupied. Very rare generosity. Free coffee and snacks corner in the lobby is just awesome. To those who complain about clogged sinks and stuff, I had similar issue, but from the moment I called reception it took them like half an hour to fix everything. I guess you guys would find good reason to complain even if you have free stay at Ritz Carlton. Just remember that there is always something that needs fixing, most important is how facilitaty management is handling such things. Next thing I need to mention is that the all ladies working in Benjamin are gorgeous and most competent and friendly. Receptionist Olga is a superstar! Thank you for making my stay smooth and comfortable!

Service at the Reception Desk upon my arrival was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The personal service I received from Olga, when I reported difficulties in the room, was especially good, and very much appreciated. Upon entering my room I discovered that the door of a small cupboard was almost falling off, tthe kettle was not working properly and out of the six electric light bulbs fitted in the bathroom ONLY 2 were working. What I liked was that after complaining about this MAINTENANCE IMMEDIATELY SENT SOMEONE TO THE ROOM AND PUT MOST THINGS RIGHT.

Everything was great and definitely met expectations Excellent location, courteous and helpful staff, decent breakfast and good value for the price
