Located in Herrsching am Ammersee, directly on the shore of the lovely lake, this hotel invites you to enjoy a peaceful country break. Look forward to free WiFi internet access. The Hotel Seehof offers spacious, tastefully furnished rooms. The rooms facing the lake also all feature a balcony from which you can enjoy the view. Directly outside the Seehof, you will find the pier from which you can take ferries to explore the Ammersee. “Nice hotel in amazing location direct at the lake front of Ammersee”
For me this was always a dream hotel to stay in - direct at the lake front of the lake "Ammersee" and just about 10 minutes walk from the local train station. The passenger boats are stopping only about 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. I already stayed here last year and was very happy to had the opportunity also this summer. I love the location and I very much enjoy the walks along the lake shore, the boat trips, swimming in the lake - and delicious breakfast at the lake front when the weather is nice. There is also a nice restaurant for lunches and dinners at the hotel.

Beautiful location, very comfortable room. No air conditioning but it didn't need it. The food was also great

The location by the lake was nice. I liked that they fed a young homeless man for free. He was allowed to eat the left-overs from other people and one day even had a fresh breakfast.

This hotel is ideally located by the lake, it was comfortable, clean and the staff were very helpful.would definitely recommend.

“I would happily stay again.”
My flight was delayed so I was not going to make it in time for check in. The staff arranged access to my room, which worked perfectly on arrival. After a frustrating day of multiple things going wrong, it was such a relief that the hotel staff made sure this was right for me.

You can't beat the location - right on the lakeshore and next to a park which includes places to swim in the lake or hire paddle boards

Incredible location right on the lake bank, just next to pier. Very nice staff, excellent local food, very attentive Bavarian/Asian waiter (I do not know his name), adequate price of food. Free parking. few minutes to train station to Munich.

“An enjoyable short stay at a picturesque location.”
The hotel we selected for its location and proximity to the lake and S Bahn. It was noticeable that the room had not long been renovated which was an unexpected surprise. Very comfortable bed and ample desk and storage space. Good selection of food provided for the buffet breakfast.

“Bavarian dream”
Very nicely situated directly at the Ammersee you will get a clean, cosy room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast is rich and tasty, staff and owner are looking out for you to have a pleasant stay. Downstairs you can enjoy either the hotel's restaurant or stumble outside right into the Biergarten.
