“fantastic if u are looking for a resort”
the owner is a nice Italian, very competent with recommendations. the rooms were clean and it's in a resort next to the beach. you can park without a problem and its full of nice iguanas! the coffee in the room was a blessing, really.

“Cheap alternative to hotels at playa mantas”
Located in walking distance to Playa mantas. Very spaceous with two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen (apartment 2). Very clean.

“Very clean accommodations, recommend for those who are looking for a "resort like" experience.”
Two beaches close by. The AC and WiFi worked great (for those that need creature comforts). The host responded quickly to communications. Access to the local club facilities was possible for $10 USD per person per day...though it is recommended to let the host know in advance if you wish to access the local club facilities (which includes a shuttle to Playa Blanca) as they need to provide your passport details to the club in advance.
