“Underwhelming”
The breakfast staff was falling behind. We had to remind them on empty buffet options and messy tables. I think they were understaffed. They were very kind and helpful just had a lot to do.

“Consider other options”
It’s a fine hotel on the surface. For a small place like Herne, it’s one of very few options in this standard category if not the only. The hotel neighbours nice park.

“Our first but certainly not our last stay.”
Every single member of the team was lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, there was only one luggage trolley, which had disappeared when we checked out. However, without us even asking, the receptionist and another staff member helped to bring luggage from 2nd floor to car. As we had done a lot of shopping, this involved several trips. The help was provided with a smile and no hint that this was an inconvenience to them at all. The whole experience was faultless.

I have booked room with breakfast,but when we arrive the receptionist told us they don't have any information about breakfast and we have to pay for it.I think it is mistake or deliberate action of the Booking.com. We are really disappointed.
