The location was great. So was the breakfast. Shuttle service was fantastic Elderly staff at recepetion were much more helpful and nicer than the young ones.

“Launch and land your IAD flights from here.”
This is the best value hotel near to Dulles. We used a suite for four, and found it was perfect with the extra bedding they brought. Left luggage until the afternoon without a problem. Close restaurants within walking, but actually, this hotel has a GREAT Kitchen. Any meal, they do it. Homey bar too.

I booked a hotel for 4 people including breakfast from booking.com. But Added breakfast for 2 extra persons at this hotel. As hotel policy said that the hotel's policy is free for up to 2 people breakfast only even i booked 3 or 4person. The booking.com gave me wrong information and wrong final price. I had to pay an extra $43. I think this is the booking.com fault. I want a refund of added $43 from booking.com. I wouldn't have booked a hotel at such a price.
