“Better than an airport floor”
The circumstances dictated the decision to stay. Our Friday night flight was delayed and missed our connection, so we had to overnight and this was the only place we found after calling several others. The location was good, within 10m to Dulles. The check-in was easy.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times for business trips and usually have a very good experience, especially because I enjoy the breakfast. That’s why this visit was particularly disappointing. I booked my room several days in advance, but when I checked in and opened the door with my key card, I discovered the room was already occupied. I’m not sure how this happened, but it definitely should not occur at a hotel like this. I had to wait about 30 minutes while the staff handled the situation, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. In the end, my coworker and I had to share a room just to make things work. I’ve always preferred staying here when traveling for work, but this experience left me very dissatisfied. I hope the hotel improves its room management and check-in process to prevent this from happening again.

“A good night's sleep despite reservation problems.”
Arrived after a long flight and greeted by the reception staff, after a protracted issue (see below) we were shown our room, it was perfectly fine and we had a good night's sleep, pillows were excellent and breakfast was standard.
