It was a very cosy space but enough space for everything that needed to be done. It was at the same time very comfortable with lots of things provided to us in the kitchen and bathroom that was not expected

10 minute stool into Hermanus, 5 minute stroll from Fick’s pool- great swimming spot. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Very responsive to text and gave many great reccomodations. Loved the DVDs, so simple but a great touch! Had a fabulous stay.

Wonderful location (walkable to town & cliff path), lovely host & very neat and cozy apartment will all you need. Lovely balcony outside to enjoy as well. DVD player in the room with movies to choose a perfect idea for the rainy day I had.

The Mayflower was the perfect location for a weekend away with my hubby. The location is just superb, within walking distance to the hub of Hermanus. Jenny, our host. was most welcoming upon our arrival and shared valuable information on Hermanus and everything there is to do. Loved it!!

What i enjoyed most was the host! Jenny was top welcome and hospitable! She showed us around, provided all possible information about local restaurants, sights, maps. We enjoyed a private balcony with even a braai zone. The territory of the house is well managed and extremely cozy. The area and surroundings are safe, clean and within a a walking distance to the waterfront. Parking was possible either right next to the front gate or on the host's private territory .

We were warmly welcomed by our host as soon as we arrived, who showed us around and explained everything. We immediately felt at home. Her two dogs were absolutely adorable—friendly, calm, and well-behaved. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you could need, clean, tidy, and really cozy. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host gave us tons of great tips for outings and recommended restaurants. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to the harbor, the beach, the city center, and plenty of restaurants. We’ll definitely be coming back next time, as our stay here was just too short!

Very comfortable, quiet and light room. Fantastic safe location to walk into town or along the coastal path. The use of the plunge pool was a bonus - and beach towels to hand! Especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with its lovely views.

I loved my stay at the Mayflower - all was very nice, location perfect, in walking distance to the cliff path and to restaurants, the studio is good sized with a well equiped kitchen, a balcony with mountain view, very comfy bed, enough space to put suitcase etc, and a safe parking. Communication with the host was perfect and delightful - highly recommended!
