Great location. Overlooking the sea at the quieter end of Marine Drive. A short walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Direct access to part of stunning cliff path walk. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

“Not a 5 star standard hotel”
The staff are amazing and try their best to be helpful. They are also very friendly. Good proximity to the main streets for restaurants ect in Hermanus.

“Superb, boutique hotel. Highly recommend”
Whilst the hotel is VERY good - great location, beautiful decor, great food - it is the staff that raise it to exceptional. From the initial welcome to saying goodbye, the staff were so friendly, engaging and kind. We loved our personal chats with all the staff. We particularly would like to thank Bulelwa and her colleague for the personal touch of decorating our room for our wedding anniversary. Just fabulous

“The team at this hotel is absolutely wonderful.”
The receptionist gave us tips for activities and restaurants, and made our reservations. The staff is extremely polite and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

“in this day and age we have a right to have hot water in a hotel”
NO HOT WATER TOLD TO MOVE ROOMS IF WE NEED ED HOT WATER TOTALY UNEXCEPTABLE IN ANY HOTEL WERE TOLD THE ROOM NEED DOOR DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER YESTERDAY SO DID NO ONE CHEAK BEFORE WE ARRIVED??
