Stayed in an ocean-facing room and honestly the views alone made the trip worth it. Waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the ocean from the room was incredible. The location was perfect — close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The room design was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. One unexpected highlight: the heated toilet seat in the bathroom — such a small luxury but it made the stay feel extra high-end. Overall, a beautiful hotel with amazing views, great design, and a perfect location. Would definitely stay again.

“Perfect stay in Hermanus”

Beautiful place in what is possibly the best location in Hermanus. Our welcoming host Clarise was just amazing, and looked after us from even before we arrived until we drove out the gates.

It is an older hotel with lots of character and in a good location (10 to 15 minute walk into the centre). We enjoyed sitting by the pool overlooking the sea. The beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location with perfect views over the ocean. The suite was enormous and the huge terrace was incredible! We sat there and watched the dolphins! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and ordered hot food too! We wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!

Lovely cozy atmosphere, with traditional touches, but modern facilities like heated towel rails and coffee machines. Unbeatable ocean views and lovely garden. Very helpful and accommodating hostess, Clarise. Saw dolphins and whales every morning. 😃

Just stunning, perfect location. The room was just divine. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. My only regret is that we didn’t book two nights.

Staff were amazing, especially Natasha and Clarice. Natasha was very kind lending me an air conditioning machine due to my medical issues. Clarice was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were kind and friendly though. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is really fabulous.
