Apartmenthaus Villa Usedom is centrally located near the beach in the Baltic resort of Heringsdorf. The apartment building consists of an historic villa and a newly built residence with a lift and underground parking (for an extra charge). Also housed within the new residence, the Vitalis spa area features a pool, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, fitness room and treatment area. The apartments are spacious and comfortably furnished with individual interiors, and some also have a balcony or terrace. Each apartment also has a living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen, high-quality beds and furniture. Daily cleaning and final cleaning are included in the price. Die Welt newspaper is delivered to your room each morning. You are also welcome to book breakfast every morning in the Strandhotel Ostseeblick with its sea views. “Lovely apartment in a lovely little village”
The Apartment was large, with a sunny balcony and a big living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The small pool was downstairs in our building, perfect for small children. The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the promenade, (which goes all the way into Poland and is about 1.5/2 hour walk on good quality paths for either walkers or cyclists).

“The staff was friendly and helpful but for everything else, it was not value for money so we would not stay there again.”

“amazing villa and clean, spacious apartment close to the beach”
amazing apartment in an old villa with big windows, comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. the spa and pool area was great too and easily accessible. there’s a nice little park around the corner of the house and the beach / restaurants are only 5 minutes away.
