We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Waldesrand in Germany. The hotel was very clean and no-fuss, exactly what we were looking for. Our dinner was excellent, and the waitress who served us was not only very lovely but also spoke English, which made everything easier. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel, large tastefully decorated room, ample parking. The restaurant is also beautiful and the food delicious, good quality and well cooked. The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming.

“A bit of a disappointment”
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would have been even better with fresh fruit juices. Restaurant was good but with a limited choice for dinner.

Location was just what we needed - just off the autobahn yet quiet. Large room and large bathroom, all very clean. Fantastic breakfast - wide variety baked goods, fruit, meats, cheeses, etc.

“Hotel Waldesrand - wee gem.”
I couldnt love this hotel more. The location is perfect. Beautiful setting near the town of Herford. It is only a short drive or taxi to the town centre and train station, and is only a couple of minutes off the autobahn. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are functional, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection of warm and cold food. We always use this hotel when visiting Herford.
