I only had 2 nights stay, but the location superb, staff very helpful, facilities and the price were excellent.

“Amazing views”

The breakfast was good enough, nothing special. The sea view of the room was amazing and that was probably the highlight of the stay.

Very handy location. Friendly staff, though little English spoken. Nice big room and the view from the balcony is superb. Decent WiFi.

Good location, bathroom ok, villa exterior, wi fi ok, side view of the sea from balcony, the staff working at the old man's place is correct.

We loved the swimming pool, the staff we just lovely , and breakfast was amazing, very impressed, very much worth the small amount we paid for our stay

We arrived on afternoon and staff has expecting us. Location was perfect, easy to find. Very accessible either to the sea, city center, nice restaurants and shops. Nice view of Kotor Bay form the garden and balcony. Very accessible to get around from different way. Margot has four accessible guests gates; easy to get in and out in all direction. Free, easy, private parking lot.

Location, kind host, nice sea view, nice breakfast

“Avoid this place. Refused our reservation with no clear reason.”

We were refused our booking and turned away at the door. The owner could not speak English and used a neighbour to translate. We were told a variety of excuses that they didn't have any rooms even though we had a reservation. This then changed to an excuse that they had had some other guests moving rooms several times and then another excuse that toilets weren't working. The owner was getting more and more angry that we were even there and by that point we no longer felt welcome. Awful host, awful experience, I would treat the positive reviews on here with a pinch of salt, some give amazing 10* reviews whilst there are several which reflect the experience we had. Avoid at all costs.

The pool was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. We loved Margot the owner, what a lovely lady. The room was comfortable, and staff arranged a taxi to Dubrovnic for us.
