Kind host, clean room basically everything was worth for what I paid

Quiet place with parking. The room was clean and had everything: bathroom, kettle, cups, and fridge.

Very pleasant experience, host was so kind and helpful. She prepared my room very fast in the morning, so I was able to check in at 11 a.m. The room was simple but had everything you need. Location is good, many beaches are within 20 min of walking. If you dont like walking, there is frequent local bus that gets you anywhere in town for 1€.

Everything was clean, we had towels and AC was working.

Big balcony and parking space. The host was very nice.

Rooms are well equipped, including cluttery, cup, glass and dishes, mini refri included, cleanliness is perfect, host Iryna is awesome, they have laundry service and she was very helpful, beach is just 5 minutes on foot, old town and monastery 30 minutes walking all along the promenade, 5 minutes by taxi from main bus terminal

“Bad experience with host”

We had very bad experience with the host. We had a problem to find a location, and we called number multiple times and no one answered. When we finally arrived on our own, only child was there to greet us, and it just told us the room number. Host texted us late in the evening to say we forgot to pay, then again in the morning, without coming to us at any point to introduce or apologize. When we finally found her at the reception on second day, the first thing she told us was 'you forgot to pay'. I find this to be exceptionally rude and I've never had such an experience with the host. Not a single nice helpful word to guests, not reachable through phone, and only talking about money. I saw some people had similar experience in reviews. The host is a foreigner and this behaviour gives wrong impression on Montenegrian hospitality!

Hosts did not answer my calls, and no one was there when I arrived. I had to look for another more expensive apartment, that was not very pleasant.

“Excellent stay!”

Small, but very clean and good organized room. Own balcony and individual air conditioning. Bathroom is small, but everything is in the good and working conditions. The main asset of the property is the hostess. She is extremely friendly and helpful. Very good location, quiet neighbourhood, no traffic sounds at all: all is green around and you hear birds singing.

Located next to the main street, but sligthly at the back, so it was quiet. The room itself was rather small, although for 2-3 days all right. Equipped with a kettle, AC and a balcony.

Good and quiet location. Close to everything what is necessary (beach, bus stop, shop). Nice staff. Good price.

The Guest House is located just 5 minutes away from the main Meljine beach. My room was spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed. It's quiet at night and in the evening being away from the main road. Air conditioning was working fine,I also didn't have any issues with hot water or Wi-Fi.The staff is really friendly and you can also buy delicious breakfast for 5 euros (4 options available).

“Alright but could be better.”

Everything was clean. Air conditioner is working. We had a large room with a big terrace.

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. One of the biggest advantages is a long and spacious terrace. The AC is available at all times and can be used without limitation.

“Horrible service.”

Our stay was cancelled while us being already in Herzeg Novi. We were informed about it out of booking's site, via SMS, in a wrong Polish. It's a place that I really do not recommend, you just do not do something like this at the last minute and expect to find something while the stay was booked already for 5 months! You've had plenty of time to inform us beforehand.

Location quite difficult to find because it is up a small lane. She needs to provide different landmarks and tell folks coming from Kotor direction that it is the first small lane to the right after a walk over bridge above the street. She also could name the businesses on the corners where you will need to turn .
