Best apartment in Herceg Novi Short ways to beach promenade and restaurants

The hosts are super friendly, the apartment is very clean, and there is tea and coffee available. They also provide registration. The apartment has a sea view — in real life it looks even better than in the photos.

Mr Viktor is a wonderful host, just as wonderful as the view from the terrace overlooking the bay and the open sea. The apartment is very neat and has everything and more than you might need. The old town is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Highly recommended, I will definitely be coming back.

Viktor and his wife are lovely and kind hosts. The view over the sea from the balcony was stunning, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet at night. I had everything I needed. The apartment is a comfortable short walk both into town and to the beautiful Savina monastery, and down the steps to the sea and beach club/restaurants. My taxi driver was held up for a long time at the border crossing point coming to pick me up at Dubrovnik airport as well as on the way back as the summer season is busy. Viktor was kind and understanding, easy to communicate with and also took me by car to the bus station with my luggage the next day at checkout. Thank you again! I do not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers, you will have a relaxing and peaceful time in this apartment.

We stayed at the accommodation for one night and had a late check in. We were greeted by Viktor, the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful and even helped us to pay the parking fee (the accommodation do have a parkingspace 300 m away but we chose to park on the street). The apartment was nice and very clean with a beautiful view and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hot water took 5 minutes to come. Water pressure is awful. Rooms are very dark. Host is separately bullying me on Whatsapp to give a good review. It was really quite nasty. I could never stay here again.

Absolutely superb location - just a few meters from the beach and at the same time close to shops, restaurants and city attractions. Clean, smart and comfortable apartment in a residential building with a fenced private access to the territory. Very helpfull and charming host. I definitely recommend and will be happy to come again!

Spacious, very well appointed, and quiet apartment. Breakfasts on the balcony with sea view were our favorite. Three flights of stairs to the sea! Viktor drove us from the airport, helped us with groceries, and generally went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.

“Cosy apartment with a majestic view of the Kotor bay”

The host Victor was exceptionally nice, constantly stayed in touch. His wife met me at the bus station and drove to the apartment ( it’s 10 min walk, but I had luggage). She had tasty coffee and tea in the kitchen. The apartment is not on the front sea line, but has a very nice large private balcony, with a great view of Kotor bay. I wanted to spent all time there drinking tea or coffee enjoying the majesty and supreme tranquility of the bay. The apartment is of a good size, fully equipped with everything, including kitchen appliances, washing machine, and has anything you might need. It is located 5 -10 min walking from old town, 10 min to the best beaches around. The town itself is very atmospheric, has a great promenade, a lot of historic buildings with great views of the bay and a lot of comfortable beaches. I did not want to leave and was sorry I stayed just one night there ( the host kindly offered a late check out as his next guest was arriving later in the day) , will have to stay longer next time. The house is very private, quiet, nice neighbourhood, I would even consider it long term as it is a very relaxing place

Outstanding view from the balcony. Comfortable place, everything you might need is provided. The location is very convenient - it is close to the old town, beaches, shops.

The host Viktor went above and beyond for us. We arrived late at night at around 1 am and he was there waiting for us to welcome us and give us his attention and energy and had even purchased things to make breakfast since we arrived late. The apartment was lovely with a high standard and had everything one can need. But the real highlight was the balcony where we spent most of our time. Clean and tidy. No complaints.

Superb host Great apartment with everything you could want. Washing machine (with powder) Good bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Lots of power sockets Near to Sandy Brach and only 12 minutes walk to old town.
