“Beautiful seaside location - and looking forward to returning”

Location, cleanliness, modern interiors, amazing host

Great location, great apartment aspect - views, well stocked kitchen, complimentary bottle of red wine - my husband is still enjoying it, thank you very much. Even though we didn't meet Anka, her communication was excellent, and she checked each day to see how we were going. We met her mother and a friend, who assisted with check-in. Undercover parking is on site and can be used subject to availability. I enjoyed swimming across the road from the apartment. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Wifi was intermittent unless you were in the kitchen or lounge area. Nice balcony, but the sun shade was broken, so it couldn't be adjusted. If you are ever in the area, I would certainly stay here again.

“Autumn Bliss You Must Not Miss - Baosici is Best - Forget the Rest!”

Judging by their very high rating, it's all been said before - so I'll try not write my usual essay! After decades of travel as a photographer I can honestly say that this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. I must emphasise that we visited at the 'Golden Time' of late October, so what we loved most was the blissfully quiet, laid-back feel of this chilled backwater ... even the cruise ships from Kotor drift slowly and silently by! Our room (the one with the balcony and draped four poster bed) was fabulous and the whole apartment was tastefully decorated throughout. The terrace has views across to Lustica peninsula (you must visit Rose at the western tip!) and Tivat can be seen in the other direction. Just sitting out there with a cold drink next to a huge orange tree was a joy! Our host Anka (the daughter of the owner, I think) was away, but her phone support and service was second to none. It was made clear that we could ask any question at any time by Whatsapp, and we only asked 'where to go' queries, because the flat itself was perfect. Her friend Ana was charming and checked us in and out. By the way, it's Cash Only, so it's best to get that done at the start, so you are not having to carry the notes around! Half the restaurants were closed due to the off-season, but the nearby Pizzeria Galiot and Papagaj were excellent; the latter has a very cool vibe, with comfy chairs and books at the back and the risotto 'Starter' definitely works as a Main Dish! We found a good little 'locals' place' by a kids basketball court as you walk up to Herceg Novi old main square - excellent prawns. We preferred Herceg Novi to Perast and Kotor, which we felt were overrun by visitors and too many fancy 'white table cloth' restaurants - but no denying their beauty! We loved Seaside Apts and would recommend this place to anyone - even our own friends and family!

Very cosy and quite apartment in beautiful Baošici village, - amazing views from the balcony, well-equipped kitchen, huge and very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, pet friendly, air cons in each room, private shaded parking, lush garden - every detail is thought of by lovely hosts - Anka and her mother - thanks for everything, we would love to come back!

“Amazing stay in Montenegro”

Everything. Anka is a super-polite host. The accommodation is clean, smells nice, and is modern-equipped. The beds were comfortable, the sea view was hilarious, and the balcony was beautiful. There is a small road between the house and the sea, though the traffic is almost non-existent. The location is outstanding. It is quiet, but there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Anka gave us all the instructions via WhatsApp, so we would not get lost. There was a free parking in the car shelter (even my van fitted there). I hope we can return as earliest as possible :-)

Charming, spacious apartment just at the seaside. There is a big balcony with a beutiful view, and a romantic bedroom. Perfect private parking. The host family is really nice and helpful. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, and a beach just next to the enterance. Very good choice :)

Very lovely suit and whole building is done very tastefully.

Very nice and quite place. Amazing view. The host is wonderful woman. The room has everything for staying with a spouse. We enjoyed it very much and would come again.
