Charming place with a warm welcome This was one of those places where we immediately felt at home. The hostess is very kind, responsive and really cares about making sure that everything is great for the guests. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful - an ideal place to relax. The courtyard is not large, but very beautiful, tastefully decorated - perfect for morning coffee or evening peace. The rooms - simply excellent! Very clean, fresh, tidy and with a pleasant smell - you immediately felt pleasant and cozy. The pool was also clean and refreshing - a great bonus on warm days. Everything you need for a real vacation was here. Thank you very much for the warm welcome - we will definitely want to come back!

“Cool and chill stay in Herceg Novi / Baosici”
Ana and her parents were very helpful at the residence. Everything was like the pictures, no bad surprises. The flat is not on the main road, so it is quiet and the view is super nice.

“Very nice accommodation on a perfect place”
Very nice accommodation! Well equipped appartment. Everything is clean in and around the house. The owners do everything to let you feel comfortable. Nice view on the bay of Kotor and on the surrounding mountains. It is a quiet place but in a walk of 15 minutes you are at the boulevard with restaurants and beach. The swimming pool is a great plus for this accommodation. The pool looks quit new and is well maintained. I will certainly recommend this accommodation to others!
