“Won’t stay here again.”
We didn’t stay here. We were told something about maintenance 2 days before our stay. They put us in a different place. It felt like we were in a makeshift room with a trestle table with everything on it.

No staff It is a beautiful place or it was It’s overgrown and neglected no one cares for it I was disappointed But the rooms were clean I have to say The pictures of this are out of date and should be changed because it’s a mess

The premises were clean and reasonably modern. There were coffee/tea sachets the heater was efficient and tv was reasponable

“It’s a shame that it could be a fabulous place to stay , but it’s not due to no services at all.”
The location suited our needs being close to where family lived. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean, pretty gardens.

Staff were great and opened up especially for a few of us as we had booked in for the Pink concert in Dunedin. Beautiful building and setting in Herbert. Clean and comfortable with great shower. Definitely recommend.

“Very stressful and unfortunate”
Did not have an opportunity to stay in the Mill House so unable to find anything to like.
