The hotel is very well located in the center of the town. The building itself has a charming, authentic feel, which adds character to the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the restaurant and bar offered good food and a pleasant atmosphere.

The staffs were very helpful in answering our storage need of the freezer, they also followed up with us very speedy when they found we did not give them an email address for the electronic invoice. We also like the breakfast - good variety, a very tidy serving area, and a good approach to reducing food waste. Location was in the center of the old town, super!

“Clean and tidy hotel/restaurant in an excellent location”
Food in the evening was very nice .. lots of options and well-cooked. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable but the bed was a little hard and there was nothing to the pillow which made it difficult for me to sleep - but that is personal opinion only. The hotel is in the middle of Heppenheim on the market square and has its own car park, so excellent location in the old town.
