Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin / double room for 2 and the room actual had two double beds so could have comfortably slept 4 people. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient for exploring Guguan and perfect for climbing Bojinjia Shan.

It was the best stay we had in Taiwan! Light, clean and well-equipped room with a great view. It was handy to have a tap with drinking water and both bath and shower. Most of the staff don’t speak English but they are very eager to help and could efficiently communicate through Google translate. The reception organized a shuttle to get to the trail head of a mountain nearby. Hot springs facilities are also very nice, clean and well organized

Breakfast. Parking : our car was blocked by other car and it took almost an hour for the hotel to find the car owner and move the car.....and the staffs in the parking lot were very rude and not willing to help
