Originally a 1930s guesthouse, Mineral Springs Hotel in Hepburn Springs, is a 10-minute walk from the Mineral Springs Reserve, and 5 minutes’ drive to Daylesford town centre. Our on site Day Spa - The Mineral Spa offers unique floating beds where guests lie on a hammock of warm water without getting wet. It also includes hydrotherapy spa baths, a guest relaxation lounge and 11 treatment rooms. The Argus Dining Room offers a menu based on seasonal produce from the Daylesford region. Tipperary Bar & Guest Lounge serves drinks and light snacks by the warm fire or in the gardens. All rooms at Mineral Springs Hotel include a private en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, heating, air conditioning and a minibar. Some rooms have a spa bath and a private balcony.

“Great Down Time”
The spa on the outdoor deck was just lovely. Location to restaurants and Springs across the driveway was fabulous. The Virgin Kitchen (memorable dining experience) and wee cafe across the road was so handy. Loved the bathroom supplied and bountiful breakfast. We will be back!

“A perfect weekend away to relax”
Kim and the team at Mineral Springs were fantastic - couldn't fault anything there during our stay. Accommodation was lovely, the SPA was divine and just a wonderful relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend.

Our family stayed in Villa Parma, built in 1864, which retains a nice combination of old and rustic parts (living areas and staircase) and modern and comfortable facilities (kitchen, 4 bedrooms and en-suites). The gardens and hospitality facilities were excellent.

Loved the whole property. The main building has been superbly decorated, and the restaurant is fabulous. We had a beautiful dinner, and we were amazed by the cooked-to-order complimentary breakfast. The gardens are truly amazing! We loved the hot mineral pool.

Excellent standard of accommodation. Facilities are modern set amongst old style buildings and exquisite garden. Breakfast of high standard and the interior shared areas are furnished with high quality and comfortable furniture. Staff are professional.

The property was lovely but we didn't sleep there. I was rushed to hospital with a burst anueryism. I didn't even get to enjoy the spa or our breakfast.
