Our stay at Hepburn was absolutely lovely. The accommodation was so clean, styled beautifully and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the little finishing touches throughout the property in terms of amenity and comfort enhanced the stay. The property is easily accessible but when there feels secluded and is very peaceful (with wildlife to keep us company). The property is beautifully located within a forested area, offering frequent opportunities to observe local wildlife. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need, and enjoying a small fire in the evenings adds a wonderfully relaxing touch. Communication with the owner is smooth, and both check-in and check-out are straightforward. I would certainly recommend this place for larger groups, as it provides a great setting to spend quality time together with plenty of space for everyone

“Peaceful, homey vibes”

The location was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Everything you could need was here. Loved the breakout spaces and plenty of furniture. Kitchen well stocked. Definitely made use of the coffee machine and wood fire!

The location was perfect for our weekend in spa country, nestled in a pocket of scrub. The house was comfortable with everything at our fingertips. Loads of books and games and 3 or 4 different little sitting areas outdoors to make the most of the shifting sun.

Location was great, surrounded by nature. We saw lots of birds and wildlife. Lovely wine and chocolates and some other things on arrival. Lots of games. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great extra lounge room upstairs with beanbags for teenage kids to hang out together away from parents. All needed was in the kitchen for meal preparation. Nice styling (colours, art, furniture, blankets....).

House was the perfect layout and size for two families.

Clean with plenty of space. Everything you need. Homely feel. Picturesque views and very private. Great location for walks and close to everything in Hepburn. Within walking distance to Rubens restaurant if you can handle the hills. Easy to find. Excellent communication with hosts. We'd love to visit again.

Everything! It’s in a beautiful location, it’s warm, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. It’s cosy, yet big enough for 8 people to stay very comfortably. The hosts were friendly and communicative. We had an excellent time!

The property was beautifully appointed and the attention to detail was fantastic. Even the fireplace was set and we just had to light it.

The location was great, far enough from lots of people and felt almost secluded in the bush but short drive to Hepburn central. Kangaroos were in the next door neighbours garden in the morning. We also loved the firepit outside for our baked potatoes and marshmallows. Attention to detail in the house with its presentation and basic essentials for kitchen was greatly appreciated. Super comfortable, lots of extra space upstairs. Effective little fireplace. We also enjoyed the little balcony. Highly recommend would love to come back and stay for longer.

The property was fantastic for 5 friends to hangout for the weekend. Bedroom each, open fire, great location, super comfortable. Hosts had included everything - great range of tea and coffee, glad wrap, shampoo, body and hand wash, hair dryer, tissues, power board, firewood, wine and chocolates. Absolutely loved everything about it.
